AI Systems & Automation Consultant
Radical Wizard has been my freelance identity since 2015. Today it means designing and building systems that automate business operations and put AI to work inside them: LLM workflows, internal tooling, and pipelines that hand the busywork to machines. Builder and operator of Obelisk, a multi-tenant SEO and answer-engine platform live in production.
VP of Online Marketing
Top-level owner of every SEO client at the agency: 100-plus active accounts (400-plus served over ten years) with a team of five, plus Google and Meta campaigns for 50-plus active ads clients. Founded the website, SEO, and online ads departments and handed each to a team to grow; managed company IT and built the CMS and project management systems the whole team works in. Also the department's first SEO Director for three years, acting SEO Director again since 2025, and Director of AI and Automation since 2025, leading the agency's adoption of AI tooling across copy, design, sales, SEO, and ads.
Director of Web Development
Led the web development team that shipped 300-plus client sites on custom WordPress builds under my direct management. Owned technical standards, scoping, and delivery across the portfolio, then guided the design team to take over site design; they have produced 400-plus sites since.
Web Developer
Personally built 300-plus client websites end to end alongside graphic designers: hand-coded front ends and custom WordPress themes, from comp to launch. This was the start of what became the website department.
Web-to-Print Developer, Print Operations
Built and maintained a self-service web-to-print portal for an on-site press. Customers customized and ordered business cards, flyers, and other print materials online, and jobs flowed straight to production. My first automation system, before anyone called it that.
