Professionally
I taught myself HTML and CSS in 2000, at thirteen, and that self-taught portfolio got me hired at a healthcare marketing agency in 2006. Twenty years later I am still there as VP of Online Marketing, having built the website, SEO, and online ads departments from nothing and handed each one to a team. Along the way I kept building the tools those teams run on, which is how I ended up designing AI and automation systems for business operations. Personally
Husband, dad, and lifelong tinkerer. When I'm not shipping code I'm cooking something ambitious, out on my bike, or experimenting with automation, journaling systems, and whatever else looks like it wants to be automated.
